Hudson Yards Sing For Hope Piano Installation
The Shops at Hudson Yards 8 pianos
Eight decorated pianos (7 uprights and 1 baby grand) installed throughout The Shops at Hudson Yards, featuring performances by Broadway musicians and The Juilliard School. Each piano is uniquely decorated by local artists including Christopher Spinelli, Danielle Chery, Imani Shanklin Roberts, Gilly Gil Lugo, Irina Sheynfeld, Nick Stavrides, Richela Fabian Morgan, and Annica Lydenberg. Visitors can schedule timed performances with sanitization protocols in place.
After the installation, pianos will be donated to non-profit organizations in underserved areas.
