Yes piano lovers, dates have been confirmed and Pianola Public Pianos are excited to present us their first installation in 2022! Pianola is dedicated to placing beautifully painted pianos in public spaces throughout the city of New Orleans. It’s absolutely free to anyone enjoying these pianos, but donations are gratefully accepted to make the event even better, now and in the future!

About the Pianos No less than 6 pianos will at your fingertips for a 9 days period, following below schedule. March 5th-16th – Local artists painting pianos March 18th-19th – Launch events & concerts by local pianists March 20th-28th – Pianola Public Piano event to everyone out there! Post installation – Pianos get donated back to the New Orleans community so that Pianola Pianos can last for generations to come!

About this USA Venue/Event We deeply cherish our previous visits to New Orleans, Louisiana, although we’re yet to play our first piano along the Mississippi River. Shame on us, given the undisputable New Orleans Public Piano history! Instead, we enjoyed other stuff NOLA has to offer, last time we were in “the Big Easy”!

About the Organizer New Orleans Pianola Pianos welcomes evenryone to enjoy their pianos. Especially volunteers and Public Piano veterans who can help them launch, the community needs you! If you’re around to enjoy playing or just listening, there might be others ways to support NOLA!
